I have been exploring this new website, inspired by Ilchi Lee, and am fascinated by what I find. In particular, I like the new version of the 21-Day Miracle program, which seems to have just been updated in a major way
Try it out, and let me know what you think.
I think he’d search using this cool site:
Consider… the lowly peanut.
Much maligned by nut connesseurs, but beloved by baseball fans, this nut has accrued great notoriety in the world of sports. This is somewhat like the form of yoga I practice, Dahn Yoga (founded by Ilchi Lee) which is sometimes maligned by connesseurs of other yogic practices, but beloved by its many fans across the world. Isn’t it funny how a nut can have something in common with a mind-body practice from Asia?
Just a thought
What does West Side Story have to do with being human? Well, probably the same as what any Romeo & Juliet story tells us about human nature! Ilchi Lee suggests ways to create a “new human” culture of people who are more kind and generally more aware of things. So what if we wrote musicals about the way people really ought to be? I realize this is bordering on utopian portrayals, but couldn’t it be done in a realistic way?
This afternoon I was contemplating the color purple. It has often signified royalty or rank, and is considered a noble color. I was taught in both an energy healing class and a Dahn Yoga class that it is associated with the uppermost part of the human energy system above the head — the seventh chakra, the connection to everything larger than the individual.
What does purple mean to you?
